Annual Meeting on December 3
As set forth by the covenants of the deed restriction, the Westfield Place Board of Trustees announces the annual meeting of the Westfield Place Homeowners Association to take place at 7 pm on Tuesday, December 3. In observance of social distancing measures, this year’s annual meeting will be held via Google Meet. All homeowners are invited to attend and must respond, no later than Saturday, November 23, 2024 to be sent a Google Meet link.
Please submit updated directory information and indicate whether you’re available to attend the meeting. This information will be used to notify owners of hazardous conditions, parking concerns, HOA gatherings, seasonal maintenance reminders, HOA annual dues reminders, etc.
If you have previously submitted this information and the information is the same, you will not need to submit this information again. As long as your information is up to date, you will be sent a Google Meet invite.
If you are new to our community or if your information has changed, please submit your information. You can visit forms.gle/FVCrXqgmp3h1wFNy7 on the web and fill out the form to update your directory information. You should have also received a hard copy of this notice at the mailing address we have on file for you. You may, alternatively, fill out that form by hand, scan it, and email it back to us.
